The baked fig balls were excellent! They were exactly as I remembered them from.my youth. I hope you have more in stock!

Figgy goodness!

The cooked, molded, ball of figs was delicious. The flavour of the figs was definitely enhanced by the presentation. I bought this for my wife, who loves figs, and I normally don’t like them. But I liked this! My only minor quibble was that they’d left some stems in the ball which you had to remove while eating.

Our Baked Fig Ball from Calabria is a traditional handmade Calabrian speciality. 

Dottato figs, slow-baked, shaped by hand and wrapped in fig leaves. Rich, liquorice caramel flavour goes perfectly with cheese. Unwrap the fig leaves and a ball of beautifully charred figs are ready to break off and enjoy.
