I know it was good, but….

I love blood pudding but was raised on the Eastern European style and prefer that.
Must admit, the spicing on the morcilla was very good.

Senorio Iberian Acorn-Fed Semicured Blood Morcilla

Senorio Iberian Acorn-Fed Semicured Blood Morcilla is made by mixing pork meat with the pig’s blood, seasonings and spices. This variety, made in Extremadura, is made using meat from acorn fed pigs

Cut it into thick slices, like you would with chorizo and fry them in olive oil. These are then served alongside crusty bread, with eggs for breakfast or brunch and tapas style.
