I was happy to see that the cheesyplace.com carried and shipped this particular cheese all the way up to me in Bracebridge, Ontario. If your mission was to share artisan cheese with Canadians, to all necks of the woods, you have definitely succeeded. We love to access new cheeses and your store and website are certainly providing that experience. Shipping is easy and quick and well packaged for delivery. We learned about this cheese on a documentary we watched and thought we would never be able to try it unless we travelled to France, found it on your website and have ordered it every since! Tomme aux Fleurs Cheese

Nice ingredients but how much sugar and how much sodium.

Sure this tastes delicious, sugar and salt, right? No information on the back label tells me there is something they do not want you to know. I have high blood pressure, I have to know how much sodium is in a products. Can anyone tell me?
