Tasting Notes:

 

Saganaki Cheese is the perfect cheese for creating the famous Greek dish. Dredge both sides in flour and fry in olive oil for 2 minutes. A squeeze of lemon and fresh parsley on top to finish it. In restaurants, they add Brandy and fire it up, however, we love our eyebrows too much to try this at home, so if you're doing it, it's at your own risk!
