This is part of our Italian fly-in program which arrives every other week from Puglia (Burrata) and Campagna (Bufala). These are truly the best quality products in each category.

It's made by hand, shipped via Air Express and we receive it within a day. It doesn't get any fresher unless you're in Italy.

My order arrived at our door in a expedient fashion. The cheese was refrigerated with an ice pack. This cheese is a staple with our family at Christmas time.
I am glad I tried it but I didn’t like the taste or aroma. However it was enjoyed by friends who are Provolone fans and they tell me that it’s a really good cheese.
