Stilton Blue Cheese is one of the most famous cheeses in England and one of the more well-known blue cheeses around the world.

Stilton is considered a firmer textured, slightly crumbly, yet smooth and buttery blue cheese. It isn't really spreadable like some of the French blue cheeses, but it does have a certain creamy quality.

It's fairly strong, but by no means overpowering, especially for a blue.

Stilton pairs well with port, fresh apples, pears, figs, and nuts.

Our cheese mongers hand cut every cheese to order. We will always try to cut the exact weight ordered, however your piece might be slightly over or under the amount listed. But please know that we cut it freshly and specifically for you.

If you order several cheeses, we will usually make up for shortcomings on weight, if any, on the other cheeses ordered.

All cheeses are wrapped in special cheese paper and sealed to preserve freshness during transit.
