Many experiments likely failed, but the Spiced Gouda Cheese with Cumin Seeds was definitely a success!

This delicious variety takes the creamy, smooth, slightly springy texture, and mild, sweet, buttery, nutty, and smooth flavours of a traditional Medium Gouda, and adds an exciting new flavour to the mix—cumin!

The addition of the aromatic and flavourful seeds adds a warm spicy flavour to the already delicious cheese.
