Wow - this tastes so rich and delicious

I have been purchasing burrata for many years, and I like it all... but this is something else: it is so rich and creamy and absolutely delicious / served it with super ripe heirloom tomatoes and some basil and olive oil and salt. Now I need more !

This is part of our Italian fly-in program which arrives every other week from Puglia (Burrata) and Campagna (Bufala). These are truly the best quality products in each category. 

Italian Burrata is one of the most delicious fresh cheeses in Italy. It is super versatile and may be paired with anything from tomatoes to roasted/grilled fruits. 

We love it with grilled or roasted peaches, halved or quartered then served with fresh arugula, topped with salted Marcona Almonds and a drizzle of truffle honey & good olive oil.

It's made by hand, shipped via Air Express and we receive it within a day. It doesn't get any fresher unless you're in Italy.
