Tasting Notes:

The Gjetost Ski Queen Cheese (250g) is the closest thing to cheese fudge that you're going to try. It's sweet and smooth, and features deep flavours of sweet caramel.

As whey is boiled down and reduced, it starts to caramelize and sweeten up. It also acquires a beautiful dark colour as they form it into these blocks of sweet cheese goodness. 

A unique cheese and a fun one to try. 

We've seen people melt it down for a delicious, sweet fondue for dipping fresh fruit.

**please note the new format, these are now 250Gram blocks, not 500g like they were for many years.
