My order arrived at our door in a expedient fashion. The cheese was refrigerated with an ice pack. This cheese is a staple with our family at Christmas time.

My husband makes a Norwegian Hunters Stew. It requires Norwegian brown cheese. Usually we can get the cheese locally or at least in a community with a strong Norwegian population
- no luck. Amazon wanted $45. for a small brick - usually $15.
We found your webate and got the needed cheese in 2 days. Shipping charges more than covered the gas we would have had to use to search for the cheese in bigger cities. Hunters stew can go ahead- an annual family event. Thankyou from Alberta !

This is my favourite cheese, and no stores near me sell it. 10/10!

Tasting Notes:

The Gjetost Ski Queen Cheese (250g) is the closest thing to cheese fudge that you're going to try. It's sweet and smooth, and features deep flavours of sweet caramel.

As whey is boiled down and reduced, it starts to caramelize and sweeten up. It also acquires a beautiful dark colour as they form it into these blocks of sweet cheese goodness. 

A unique cheese and a fun one to try. 

We've seen people melt it down for a delicious, sweet fondue for dipping fresh fruit.

**please note the new format, these are now 250Gram blocks, not 500g like they were for many years.
