Le Chevrot has a pale, wrinkled exterior. As it matures, the cheese develops a richer, nuttier flavor and a soft, creamy texture. At its prime, Le Chevrot has a denser, creamier consistency with a subtle fruity undertone. This versatile cheese pairs perfectly with bread, authentic French champagne, or white wines from the Loire Valley.
