What a wonderful treat. Creamy, a bit tangy, with a loose, moldy rind that makes Brie jealous! This cheese hails from the land of my ancestors (Bosia), and I'll be revisiting with my tastebuds soon.

A very pleasant flavor with a light but recognizable aftertaste. There's a little bit of grit, which I like.
At first the ginger was very strong but after a few nibbles, the sweetness of the mango balanced it. I savored every nibble after that.
