It's a semi soft cheese with most of the flavour in the rind. Wild mushrooms and decay-like flavour. Works well with Port and fresh fruit.
Exscellent selection including a couple I was not familiar with.
Very nice bleu cheese. Personally I prefer a stronger flavour blue cheese. If you like a mild bleu cheese then this one will be great for you.
