Sage Derby Cheese is a Cheddar-like cheese from England with a mid, buttery flavour that finishes with a more pronounced aroma and taste of fresh sage. 

The texture is similar to that of a younger cheddar, not too dry and gritty but rather smooth and pasty. The herbaceous flavour of sage and striking green colour are sure to brighten up to your cheese board! 

Great snacking cheese, or with toast in the morning with your breakfast eggs. 

Pair with a Chardonnay.

Our cheese mongers hand cut every cheese to order. We will always try to cut the exact weight ordered, however your piece might be slightly over or under the amount listed. But please know that we cut it freshly and specifically for you.

If you order several cheeses, we will usually make up for shortcomings on weight, if any, on the other cheeses ordered.

All cheeses are wrapped in special cheese paper and sealed to preserve freshness during transit.
