DESCRIPTION

Rizzoli Anchovy Extract - 

Made by aging anchovy fillets and salt in barrels until they ferment and release liquid. This is what Colatura is. 

It's a wonderful, salty addition to pastas, boiled potatoes, grilled veggies, meats and fish. Also great in salad dressings, mixing it with olive oil and other spices. Keep in mind, it is salty, so adjust your salt in the dish itself. 


 

Ingredients: anchovies, salt.
