P'tit Ste-Maure d'Antan Cheese

The Facts

Country: France
Milk Type: Pasteurized
Age: 2-6 weeks

Tasting Notes:

P'tit Ste-Maure d'Antan Cheese is made by the same family that produces the famous Chabichou du Poitou and the Mothais sur Feuille in Poitou region France.

Very traditional Loire Valley goat, chalky in the middle, creamy towards the edges. Beautiful with dry fruits and nuts or any kind of fruit jam or chutney.

This version comes in a unique log shape. Great pairing with Sauvignon Blanc.

***All handmade goat cheeses may arrive with little spores of mold, this is completely edible and normal for artisan goat cheeses.
