Jouvenceau – Ferme de la Tremblaye (200g)

Jouvenceau is a soft-ripened goat’s milk cheese from Ferme de la Tremblaye, offering a smooth, creamy texture encased in a delicate bloomy rind. With a mild yet slightly tangy profile, it delivers subtle nutty and grassy notes.  It's texture and style resembles camembert however, due to it being a goat milk cheese, the flavour has a bit more of a barnyard finish with hints of hay with an acidic finish.
