The tasting notes remain extremely accurate. This is the 3rd of 5 recent purchases I am commenting on, and very positively. I am beginning to think all the cheese might just be...excellent.
The cheese was creamier than I expected from the description, but it has a light finish. Very flavourful, and a welcome change from the normal Canadian grocery cheese universe I normally inhabit.
